摘  要:目的 :探讨炎性细胞因子对肝胆汁中胆红素存在形式的影响。 方法 :利用反向高效液相色谱 (RP -HPLC)技术和体外原代培养肝细胞和Kupffer细胞 (KC)的方法观察炎性细胞因子 (IL - 1、IL - 6、TNFα)和被LPS活化的KC上清液对肝细胞进行刺激后肝细胞培养上清液中UCB含量的变化。 结果 :炎性细胞因子和活化的KC上清液刺激后肝细胞培养上清液中均可检出一定量的UCB ,而对照组中肝细胞培养上清液则未检出UCB(P <0 .0 1 )。 结论 :炎性细胞因子可以改变肝细胞培养上清液中胆红素的存在形式 ,说明炎性细胞因子有可能是胆色素结石形成的诱发因素。Objective To investigate the influence of inflammatory cytokins on the patten of bilirubin in bile Methods The technique of RP-HPLC and the technique of primary cultured hepatocytes and Kupffer cells were used.The unconjugated bilirubin(UCB)concentration in the superanate of hepatocytes that had been cultured with the supernate of Kupffer cells activated by Lipid polysaccharide(LPS)was measured.Results UCB can be detected both in the supernate of hepatocytes stimulated with some cytokines and in the supernate of hepatocytes stimulated with supernate of activated Kupffer cells.However,in the control group,UCB was not detected in the supernatant of cultured hepatocytes(P£001). Conclusion Inflammatory cytokine can alter the pattern of bilirubin in supernatant of cultured hepatocytes and cytokines can induce the formation of bile pigment gallstone.
