摘  要:在对塔河油田已钻井资料分析的基础上,分析了井壁失稳的主要原因。利用井壁稳定分析技术,通过对孔隙压力、地应力、地层强度特性的分析,结合测井资料处理确定了该油田安全钻井液密度窗口,并成功应用于该油田TK431井的钻井作业中。现场应用表明,该技术有效避免和减少了井下复杂情况的发生,提高了钻井效率.为钻井工程设计、现场钻井液密度的合理调整和实现安全快速钻进提供了科学的依据。In this paper, based on the analysis of completed well information in Tahe Oilfield of Xinjiang, the main reason of hole instability were analyzed. The safe mud density window is presented through systemi-cally analyzing of pore pressure, insitu stress, formation strength, and log data processing. The results are successfully used for TK431 Well. Application of the pressure profile effectively avoided and minimized down-hole troubles, and the drilling efficiency was also improved. This study was beneficial for drilling engineering design, field drilling fluid density adjustment and the implementation of fast and safe drilling operation, while provided scientific evidences for performing these work.
