摘　　要：机械式无线随钻测斜仪集机械、电子技术为一体,利用精密机械机构来测量井斜,利用钻井液脉冲技术向地面传输信息。井下仪器主要由井斜测量机构、控制机构、液压平衡和阻尼装置以及脉冲发生装置等组成。其工作原理为:通过精密的测量机构测得的井斜信息通过控制机构传递给脉冲信号发生装置后,通过钻井液传递给装在立管上的传感器,由电子记录仪记录的脉冲信号读出井斜角。机械式无线随钻测斜仪具有结构简单、操作方便、测量时间短、可随钻测量等特点。现场应用表明,机械式无线随钻测斜仪完全能够满足直井测斜的需要,对提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本等具有重要意义。The mechanical wireless inclinometer is an instrument which consists of mechanical and electric technology, surveying the inclination by precise mechanical device and transfering the information to surface by mud-pulse telemetry. The down hole apparatus have four units: survey unit, control device, hydraulic balance and damp unit, and pulser. Its principle is that the inclination information measuring by survey unit is transferred to the pulser through the control unit, then the pulser generate pulse signals. The pulse signals arc trandfered to the transducer fixed on standpipe by drilling fluid. The numbers of pulse signals indicate the inclination of well bore. It has many features and advantages, such as easy operating, save time, surveying while drillling and so on. The applications show that it can meet the requirement of drilling engineering for surveying drift of vertical wells. It is significant to increase the drilling speed and save costs by using the inclinometer.
