摘 要:网络化制造系统能够提高企业竞争力、促进企业间协作。当前,基于应用服务提供商服务平台构建网络化制造系统已经成为研究热点。主要对应用服务提供商服务平台在网络化制造系统中的应用进行了研究;针对基于层次化模式的用户管理、基于WebService的服务集成与管理和基于最小计费单元的计费管理等若干关键技术进行了较深入的讨论,并提出了相应的解决方案;最后给出了一个实例。Networked manufacturing system can enhance competitiveness of enterprises and promote collaboration level between enterprises. Currently, networked manufacturing system based on Application Service Provider (ASP) platform has become a new research trend. The application of ASP platform on networked manufacturing system was researched. Some new technologies using in our system were presented, including user-management technology based on layered model, service-management technology based on Web Service and charge-management technology based on atomic charge unit. Then an example was given to illustrate the application of these key technologies.
