肺吸虫病患儿血清Eotaxin和IL-5水平测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨肺吸虫病患儿血清中嗜酸性粒细胞特异性趋化因子 (Eotaxin)、IL - 5水平与发病及治疗效果之间的关系。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法检测肺吸虫病患儿治疗前后及正常人群血清中的Eotaxin、IL - 5水平及嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)计数情况。结果　治疗前肺吸虫病患儿外周血Eotaxin、IL - 5水平及EOS计数均高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 0 1 ) ;随着治疗的深入 ,外周血中的IL - 5水平显著降低 ,每个治疗疗程结束后IL - 5水平与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义 (P分别 <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1 ,<0 .0 0 1 ) ;治疗 3周后观察 ,肺吸虫病组与正常对照组间IL - 5水平已无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而治疗前后外周血Eotaxin水平及EOS计数经统计学处理无显著差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。肺吸虫病患儿血清中Eotaxin水平与EOS计数间存在正相关(r=0 .4 2 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,而IL - 5水平与EOS计数间无相关性 (r=0 .0 33,P >0 .0 5 )。结论　血清IL- 5水平可以作为判断肺吸虫病患者发病及疗效判定的指标 ,结合肺吸虫抗体可对疾病的状况作出更为准确的评估。Objective To measure serum eotaxin, interleukin-5 levels in patients with paragonimiasis. Methods Serum eotaxin,interleukin-5 level and eosinophile count (EOS) in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in patients with paragonimiasis and healthy controls. Results Before treatment,eotaxin,interleukin-5 level and EOS in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);Serum interleukin-5 levels in patients with paragonimiasis was significantly decreased over time,and interleukin-5 level was significantly decreased along with each treatment(P<0.05,<0.01,<0.001,respectively);After three-week treatment,there was no significant difference between patients with paragonimiasis and the control group (P>0.05).There was positive correlation between eotaxin level and EOS in peripheral blood of patients with paragonimiasis (r=0.425, P< 0.001 ),but no correlation was found between interleukin-5 level and EOS (r=0.033, P>0.05). Conclusions Serum interleukin-5 level could be used as a index to estimate therapeutic effect in patients with paragonimiasis.
