摘 要:以Unipol-HDPE聚合工艺为例,从聚乙烯颗粒的演化出发,建立了基于反应动力学的聚乙烯颗粒动力学模型,通过催化剂的粒径分布和筛分得到的聚乙烯产品颗粒粒径的各级分,获得催化剂动力学和床内物料停留时间分布的数据,确立催化剂活性和床内物料停留时间分布的定量关系。考察了两种工业催化剂实例的颗粒动力学,建立了催化剂活性和床内停留时间分布的关系,并分析了计算结果的合理性。计算结果同时表明,不同粒径的聚乙烯颗粒具有不同的催化活性,并且流化床内颗粒并未达到完全返混。A model of particle dynamics based on polyethylene particle evolvement was presented for gas-phase ethylene polymerization in industrial fluidized bed reactor.The catalyst dynamics and residence time distribution (RTD) of particle were obtained by studying particle size distribution (PSD) of catalyst and polyethylene particles in the model.The equation developed reflected the co-relation of catalyst activity,RTD of particles and PSD of polyethylene.The relationship of catalyst activity and RTD of polyethylene particles produced on two catalysts were illustrated as examples,which could clarify particle dynamics of polymer in detail.The difference in catalyst activity would lead to different PSD of polymer produced.The results also showed the particles in reactor were not thoroughly back-mixed.
