摘　　要：分析了影响聚丙烯熔体流动指数的因素,考察了反应器氢气加入量、Al与Si质量比、浆液密度、反应器容积、催化剂品种对聚丙烯熔体流动指数的影响。实验结果表明,聚丙烯牌号、反应器内物料配比、催化剂品种、抗氧剂及其混合效果、粒料掺混时间都能影响聚丙烯熔体流动指数的稳定性,并提出了相应的解决办法。Factors affecting polypropylene melt index were discussed.Effects of hydrogen amount added,mass ratio of triethylaluminum(TEAL)to cyclohexyl methyl-2-methoxy silane(CMMS),density of slurry,volume of loop reactor,and type of catalyst used on polypropylene melt index were investigated.Different grades of polypropylene,fluctuation of component ratio within reactor,type of catalyst,antioxidant quality and its mixing status with polypropylene powder,and mixing time of product particles all influenced stability of polypropylene melt index.
