摘　　要：以上海某仓库楼电梯间的基础设计和施工为例,着重介绍了在场地狭小、大型施工机械无法进场、紧邻周边建筑物的情况下,采用静压敞口钢管桩成功穿越饱和黏土层的方法.工程达到预定设计要求,为类似工程的设计和施工提供了参考.Taking the design and reconstruction of a stair well in Shanghai as an example,the application of the static-pressured opening steel pipe pile setup through saturated clay in foundation design is introduced,in the event that the ground is narrow and limited and the foundation is interlaced with other foundations.The expected demands of the schedule design are well achieved.The conclusion provides a reference for design and construction of similar projects.
