摘　　要：叙述了如何在基准地价制定中对以不同方法取得的样本数据采用统计检验的方式,判断其分布的同一性,并在确定其是否服从正态总体分布的前提下,采用不同的方法来剔除异常数据,以保证样本数据的可靠性.In estimation of base land price,how to judge data′s identity of distribution of samples got with different methods by statistics and to eliminate bad data after confirming it′s distribution are described witstath the purpose of increasing the data creditability.
