冬虫夏草对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:讨2-型糖尿病(2-DM)肾病大鼠的肾脏细胞凋亡及中药冬虫夏草的影响作用。方法:随机选 取以冬虫夏草大、中、小剂量灌胃的2-DM肾病大鼠,以安慰剂灌胃的2-DM肾病大鼠及正常对照组大鼠 各10只,用药8周后,采用Hoechst荧光染色法测定肾脏细胞凋亡及相关生化指标。结果:2-DM肾病大鼠 肾组织细胞凋亡明显增多,冬虫夏草组大鼠肾组织细胞凋亡较2-DM肾病模型组明显减少。结论:冬虫夏 草可抑制2-DM肾病大鼠肾组织细胞凋亡。Objective:To investigate the Cell apoptosis and the effect of Cordyceps sinensis on cell apoptosis in kidney of 2-Diabetic nephrophy mice. Methods :making two random groups of ten 2-Diabetic nephrophy mice we administered by gavage Cordyceps sinensis to one of them and placebo for to another 8 weeks as a control group Then the apoptosis was evaluated by Hoechst fluorescence straining method and other relative biochemistry target by biochemistry method. Results: The Apoptotic cells in kidney of 2-Diabetic nephrophy mice were more than the normal mice. After Cordyceps sinensis given, Obvious decrease was found in number of apoptotic cells compared with the 2-Diabetic nephrophy model group.Conclusion:Cordyceps sinensis may inhibit the cell apoptosis in kidney of 2-Diabetic nephrophy mice.
