新警学员职业价值观的现状与教育对策

摘　　要：职业价值观对人们的职业行为起着重要的指导作用。为加强上海公安队伍建设，加大从源头上治理的力度，我们在调研的基础上，分析了新警学员的职业价值观现状，并就新警培训中如何进行职业价值观的教育引导提出了相关建议和对策。With the development of times,the occupational concept of value has taken up more and more impor-tant directive function.In order to strengthen the building of public security troops in Shanghai and reinforce the de-gree of administration from fountainhead,we put forward some proposals about the cultivation of occupational conceptof value for freshly policemen and the training methods in new period based on our investigation and study.
