摘　　要：农村分户经营的生产模式在市场经济和经济全球化的条件下呈现诸多局限性和不适应性 ,农民需要中介组织作为依托和引导 ,以提高农业经营管理水平和组织化程度 ,增强抵御市场风险和参与市场竞争的能力。但从现实看 ,由于农村中介组织处于起步阶段 ,还存在一些困难和不足 ,必须进一步规范引导 ,提高管理水平 。Kinds of limitations and unsuitabilities emerg ed under the market economy and globalization condition, where the mode of decentr alization operation management of farm household is adapted. The farmers need to have their own intermediary organizations as the guide and support to improve t he art of agricultural management and the level of organization, and to improve their ability against market risk. But in fact, difficulties and imperfections a re almost unavoidable due to the rural intermediary organizations' still being i n its initial stage. There must be guidance and regulations to promote their man agement level and healthy development.
