摘  要:铝土矿中一水硬铝石和含硅矿物的晶体结构差异导致了它们的可碎性差异。通过选用不同类型的磨矿介质进行铝土矿的选择性磨矿和磨矿产品中细粒级的浮选脱硅试验,讨论了铝土矿的选择性碎解对铝土矿选矿脱硅过程的影响。试验表明,对于不同磨矿介质,选择性碎解效果顺序依次为球+柱介质>球介质>棒介质;通过选择性碎解可得到部分较高铝硅比的粗粒级产品,同时细粒级铝土矿的铝硅浮选分离选择性也得到相应提高。因此,铝土矿的选择性碎解可提高铝土矿精矿的铝硅比和放粗精矿粒度,满足氧化铝生产对这两方面的要求。The difference in crystal structures of diaspor and silicon minerals in bauxite leads to that in their crack-ability. Several types of grinding media were selected in the selective grinding of bauxite and the test of silicon removal from the fine fraction of grinding product was made. The effect of the selective cracking of bauxite on the silicon removal in bauxite beneficiation was discussed. The test showed that the selective cracking effect of various grinding media was in a sequence of ball + column > coulumn > balls > rod. Through the selective cracking, a part of coarse fraction product having high alumium-silicon ratio could be obtained and the selectivity of alumium-silicon separation in flotation could be raised accordingly. Therefore, the selective cracking of bauxite could raise the alumium-silicon ratio of bauxite concentrate and coarsen the concentrate, meeting the requirments on the two aspects of the alumina production.
