摘 要:采用胶乳法和机械搅拌法制备了CaSO4改性沥青。考查分析了两种工艺条件下CaSO4晶须改性沥青高温性能、低温性能和感温性能等基本性能的差异,阐述了CaSO4晶须对沥青的改性效果及胶乳法、机械搅拌法的工艺特点。指出机械搅拌法更有利于改善沥青的高温性能,但在改善沥青的低温性能和感温性能上都不如胶乳法,故胶乳法更适于制备CaSO4晶须改性沥青。CaSO4 whiskers modified asphalt was prepared by emulsion method and mechanical mixing method. Investigation and analysis were made of the difference in the basic properties such as high temperature, low temperature and temperature sensetivity performances of CaSO4 whiskers modified asphalts prepared by two technologies. The modification effect of CaSO4 whiskers on asphalt and the features of emulsion method and mechanical mixing method are described. It is pointed out that mechanical mixing method is better for improving the high temperature performance of asphalt but inferior to e-mulsion method in improving the other two performances. As a result, emulsion method is more suitable for preparing CaSO4 whisker modified asphalt.
