摘  要:提出了一种变电站两阶段优化规划方法。首先,在不考虑地理信息的条件下确定变电站初始规划方案;其次,详细计及初选变电站站址的周边地理条件,采用层次分析法对站址地理适应度进行判断,结合经济适应度目标,全面评估各组合方案的综合适应度,最终获取更为合理的变电站优化方案。实际应用表明,所提出的方法能更好地满足规划要求。This paper proposes a practical two-phase approach to substation optimization planning. First, the initial substation planning project is obtained without taking into account the geographical information; secondly, the surrounding geographical information is considered in detail, and the geographical fitness degree is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then the global fitness degree of every project is evaluated when incorporating the economic fitness degree and finally the more rational optimization project is acquired. Some engineering applications indicate that the approach can better meet the practical planning requirements.
