摘　　要：介绍了电力市场数据申报系统的作用和Web Services技术的特点,分析了Web Services技术应用于电力市场数据申报系统的优点。提出Web Services技术与Java 2平台企业版(J2EE)技术相结合的数据申报实现方式。利用J2EE技术实现数据申报业务,Web Services技术封装对外调用接口。详细介绍了数据申报系统的运行环境和数据服务层、业务管理层和调用管理层的实现过程,分析了数据申报系统实现中的重点和难点。The function of data process system in power market and the characteristics of Web Services technology are introduced, and the advantages of Web Services technology used in data process system are analyzed. The implementation mode of data process system, i. e. integration of Web Services and J2EE technologies, is presented. The business logic of data process is based on J2EE technology, and the outer invocation interfaces are implemented by Web Services. The paper introduces the operational environment of data process system, and illustrates the implementation process of data service layer, business logic management layer and invocation management layer. The emphases and difficulties in implementing data process system are analyzed in detail.
