摘　　要：目的　探讨适合我国国情的社区全科型公共卫生医师规范化培训方案。方法　查阅国内外相关文献资料 ,制定规范化培训调查表 ,调查全国从事全科医师培训的教育工作者和管理者。调查结束后 ,对调查表进行整理 ,输入微机建立数据库 ,然后对调查表中的各项指标进行分析。结果　目前我国各省市尚未开展全科型公共卫生医师的培训工作 ,但绝大多数省市都准备开展此项培训工作 ,并回答了对培训方案的看法。Objective To investigate and draw up a plan for the standard training of general public health practitioner in communities.Methods The questionnaire of the standard training was made after the data about training course of general practitioner were consulted.The persons of education and administration engaged in general medicine were investigated in all of provinces of China. The questionnaires were analyzed by using computer after finishing investigation.Results The results of investigation showed that the training work for general public health practitioner was not carried out in all provinces or cities yet, but most provinces investigated prepared to do the training work for general public health practitioner and the suggestions for training plan were put forward.Conclusion A preliminary education plan and teaching program for the standard training of general public health practitioner were drawn up according to the investigation.
