摘　　要：社区卫生服务项目流程化管理是构建以卫生服务流程目标为导向的网络状组织机构体系 ,并使该体系有效运作的一种模式。实施社区卫生服务项目流程化管理是提高社区卫生服务社会效益和经济效益的较佳途径。本文界定了社区卫生服务项目流程化管理的概念 ,阐述了社区卫生服务项目流程化管理的意义和原则。同时 ,对实施社区卫生服务项目流程化管理的策略进行了详细的说明 :要求领导重视人力资源的管理和使用 ,完善组织网络 ,制定相应制度和管理措施 ;全体医务人员认真学习ISO90 0 1和ISO90 0Processed management of items in community health service is a system made up being network organization according to health service aim and is model of effect working of community health service.To actualize the processed management of items in community health service is the best approach which advances the social benefit and economy benefit in community health service.In this article,the author explained the conception of processed management of items in community health service and showed the principle and meaning in community health service.In same time,the author made out strategy in community health service which the leaders ought to think much of managing and using of health manpower and the networks must be consummated and the systems need to be constituted and the whole medical affairs ought to study the quality control strategy of ISO9001 and ISO9002.
