摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法对蔬菜中甲基对硫磷、乙基对硫磷、甲拌磷进行同时分离和检测,对样品的提取、净化以及检测的色谱条件进行筛选和优化.以shim-packVP-ODS为分离柱;流动相为V甲醇∶V水=85∶15,紫外检测波长为250nm.该方法所测得的3种有机磷在0.02~2.0μg L内具有良好的线性,检出限达1.0~5.0μg L,加标回收率在97.44%~101.22%.该方法适合各种蔬菜农药残留量的分析.Residues of three organophosphorous pesticides parathionmethy, parathionethyl and phorate in vegetables were analyzed and separated by high performance liquid chromatography. The analysis conditions were optimized for the extraction, purification and separation of samples. Separation was performed in shim-pack VP-ODS column with an eluent consisting of methanol-water (volume ratio (85∶15)) mixture. The eluate was detected by UV detector at 250?nm. The experimental data had a good characteristic of linearity in the range of 0.02-2.0?μg/L with the detecting limit 1.0-5.0?μg/L, the recovery ration ranged from 97.44% to 101.22%. The method could be used to analyse pesticide in different vegetables.
