摘 要:在交联剂、引发剂存在的条件下,以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸等为主要原料,添加硫酸铝为无机交联剂,合成一种新型油田堵水剂,并通过大量实验确定了单液法和颗粒法两种使用方式下各自的最佳配比。其后,对其性能进行了全面评价。结果表明,该堵剂成胶性能好,抗压强度大,封堵强度高,不受硬水和地下污水影响,耐冲刷性能好,且能耐高温(130℃),对油水选择性极佳。油田模拟试验表明,堵水率在90%左右,突破压力为0.25~0.35MPa现场使用时操作简便,施工用量少,使用方便。A new kind of oil-field water-plugging agent was synthesized by using acrylamide, acrylic acid etc. as main start materials, co-existing with cross-linking agent and initiator, adding aluminum sulfate. Then the optimal mixture ratio was defined by large quantity of experiment under signal-fluid process and particle process. The evaluation for the product is carry our and the result shows that it has a nice performance of forming colloid, very high gel strength, high strength of plugging, and not be influence by hard water and subsurface sewage. It also has a nice performance of flushing resistance, very good selectivity to the oil and water and it is able to endure the high temperature (130℃). The simulation test in oil-field indicated that the water plugging efficiency is about 90%, the breakthrough pressure is 0.25~0.35 MPa. Moreover, it is convenient for field operation with a small amount of volume and a low cost, usage free for single-field process and particle process.
