摘  要:利用毛细管电泳在线化学发光检测技术,研究了镍离子场放大样品富集过程。结果表明,利用该技术可使灵敏度显著改善,浓缩因子达5 8×104,镍离子检出限为1 2×10-10mol/L。预进一段水柱可使检出限达到7 0×10-11mol L。还考察了进样方式、样品基体浓度、进样时间、进样电压对检测灵敏度的影响。Field-amplified sample stacking of nickel(Ⅱ)was investigated using capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence detection for the first time.The sensitivity of nickel(Ⅱ)was improved markedly by the field-amplified sample stacking technique and the detection limit reached 1.2×10^(-10)mol/L.By injection of a short plug of water before sample introduction,the sensitivity was further improved and the detection limit reached 7.0×10^(-11)mol/L.Parameters affecting the sensitivity,such as modes of injection,concentration of sample matrix,injection time,injection voltage and a short plug of water before sample introduction,were investigated in detail.
