摘　　要：Foaming behaviors of alkyl polyglucosides with differences in chain length and average polymerization degree (DP) and their stability in hard water were evidenced. Alkyl polyglucosides with long chain length exhibit excellent foaming properties. Alkyl polyglucosides with shot chain length and high DP have good stability in hard water.Foaming behaviors of alkyl polyglucosides with differences in chain length and average polymerization degree (DP) and their stability in hard water were evidenced.
