摘 要:以硅酸钠为硅源、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂 C_(12-15)H_(25-31)O(CH_2CH_2O)_9H (记为A(EO)_9) 为模板剂,采用二步法合成 MSU-1,在较宽的 pH 值范围里 (0.78~9.59),系统考察 pH值的影响。对产物进行 XRD 和低温 N_2吸脱附表征。结果表明,随 pH 值升高,产物的孔道有序度先提高后降低;比表面、孔容均是先增大后减小,pH 为 1.98 时,合成产物的比表面、孔容最大 (分别高达 1202m^2/g、0.83cm^3/g);孔壁厚度随 pH 值呈波浪形变化,并对以上结果给予解释。Mesoporous silica MSU-1 were synthesized with sodium silicate as silica source and nonionic surfactant alkyl-PEO alcohol C12-15H25-31O (CH2CH2O)9H as template by the so-called two-step pathway. pH effect on products was studied in detail in the wide range of pH value (0.78-9.59). The products were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption. It suggested that the degree of order of pore structure was first enhanced and then worsened with pH increment. Specific surface area and pore volume of products were both first increasing and then decreasing. The sample synthesized at pH 1.98 had the largest specific surface area and pore volume (1202 m2/g and 0.83 cm3/g respectively). Moreover, the pore wall thickness of products presents wavelike change with pH increasing. The explanation of these results was given.
