摘　　要：文章提出了圆环面刀具的实际切削刃概念 ,并指出这是一条复杂而变化的空间曲线 ,与平底刀有本质的不同。根据特征线的定义指出实际切削刃就是特征线 ,使圆环面刀与刀具运动包络面之间建立起准确的联系 ,并总结出了特征线的若干性质。建立了刀具平动时的特征线方程 。This paper presents the concept of actual cutting edge for torus. It is a complicate curve other than flat cutter. The author also points that the actual cutting edge is the characteristic curve of envelope, and some characters are summarized. Relationship is found between torus and envelope. The actual cutting edge could be described by a precious equation with linar feed and some description and application are also introduced.
