摘 要:介绍了一种新的单周期控制方法——电荷控制法。通过对开关电流的控制,使其在一个周期内达到期望值。在详细分析电路工作原理的基础上,推导出电荷控制Buck电路的控制电路和主电路数学模型。Pspice仿真和实验结果表明,系统的稳定性不仅与占空比D有关,而且与电路的电感、负载及工作频率有关。若参数选择合理,则系统可在D>0.5条件下稳定工作。该控制在每个周期对开关管上的电流进行积分,有较强的抗干扰性,所以能有效抑制负载扰动。实验测得电荷控制Buck电路功率因数PF=0.99,电流畸变率THD=8.4%。This paper proposes a new one-cycle-control, i.e. charge control. Its principle is controlling the current of the switch to reach the expected value in a switching period. The control circuit and main circuit math model of charge controlled Buck circuit were deduced on the basis of detailed analyzing operation principle. Pspice simulation and experiment results verified the stability of the system not only relates with duty cycle, but also with the inductance, load and the frequency. The system can steady work at D>0.5 when selecting rational parameters. The current of the switch in each switching period was integrated through charge control and the disturbance of the load was better restrained. Through the charge control of Buck circuit, the power factor gets to 0.99 and current Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is 8.4%.
