摘 要:结合专用微控制器ST72141描述了无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)直接反电动势法转子位置检测的工作原理,其中包括换相加速退磁问题,然后利用该控制器建立了BLDCM的整个直流变频空调控制系统,进而进行了试验研究,获得了满意的试验结果。该控制系统的优点是电路简单,位置检测准确,免受噪声和共模干扰影响,调速范围增加。实际设计中应该注意以下问题:①由于反电动势检测发生在PWM关断时,要求开关频率尽量高;②为了检测的准确性和减少换相转矩脉动,应该处理好加速退磁问题;③对于不同的负载应该选择不同的比较器参考电压如0.4V,0.6V,1.2V和2.5V;④适合由升压型有源PFC来供电。This paper mainly deals with a control system of BLDCM employing direct B-EMF rotor position detection by means of special MCU(ST72141), including accelerated demagnetization during commutations. After the descriptions of its principle,a BLDCM control system of DC inverter air-conditioner is established and experimented with satisfactory results. It features with simple circuit, accurate position detection, immunity from noise and common mode disturbance and wide speed scope.There are also some important attentions to its design:(1)high switching frequency due to the detection occurring at the PWM off;(2)accelerated demagnetization for increasing veracity and reducing torque pulsation;(3)different reference voltage for different loads (0.4V,0.6V,1.2V and 2.5V);(4)suitable for such BLDCM control system powered by boost active PFC.
