摘 要:通过α 葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制实验和高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,利用有机溶剂的极性大小不同,对广西血竭进行了萃取分离,发现极性大和极性小的组分无α 葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,极性中等的组分有较强的抑制活性,与广西血竭全粉相比,其活性提高了35.5%,为分离得到α 葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂单体化合物打下了基础.Combined with HPLC and experiment of inhibiting α-glucosidase activity, the effective components of Guangxi Dragon Blood for inhibiting α-glucosidase were extracted and separated by different polar organic agents (petroleum ether, acetone and ethylacetate). Some high and low polar compounds removed have very low or even no activity. The residues mainly have middle polar ingredients and high activity relative to crude powder of Guangxi Dragon Blood with 35.5% increase of ID_(50). This provides a basis for the control of postprandial plasma glucose level in clinic and further separation of lead compounds of inhibiting α-glucosidase activity.
