摘 要:在裸金电极上制备了邻氨基硫酚(ABT)自组装膜(Self assembledmonolayers,SAMs)修饰电极(ABT/ AuSAMs),采用水平衰减全反射 傅立叶变换红外光谱技术对ABT/AuSAMs进行了表征。研究了多巴胺 (DA)在ABT/AuSAMs上的电化学行为,发现该膜电极对DA具有良好的电催化氧化作用,其可逆性明显比 裸金电极好。测得DA在修饰电极上的扩散系数D为3.19×10-6cm2/s,初步探讨了电催化机理。方波伏安 法测得的还原峰电流与DA浓度在1.0×10-6~8.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9982,检 测下限为2.0×10-7mol/L。o-Aminobenzenethiol(ABT) is covalently combined onto a bare gold electrode to form a self- assembled monolayers modified electrode(ABT/Au SAMs). Attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used for the characterization of the films. The modified electrode has an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation and reduction of dopamine(DP). At ABT/Au SAMs, the oxidation peak potential of dopamine E_pa shifts negatively and the reduction peak potential E_pc shifts positively compared with those at the bare gold electrode. The diffusion coefficient of dopamine on the modified electrode is 3.19× 10 -6 cm 2/s. The electrocatalytic mechanism is discussed. The reduction peak current increases with the increase in the concentration of dopamine. The reduction peak current exhibits a linear relation in the range of 1.0×10 -6~8.0×10 -4 mol/L. The correlation coefficient is 0.998 2. The detection limit is 2.0×10 -7 mol/L.
