摘　　要：探讨了蜡的制备条件及在染色中的应用工艺.确定了蜡液的成分为松香和助剂A.制备条件:熬蜡温度160℃和时间6h,保温时间6h.蜡染工艺:上蜡温度为150℃,车速为40m/min,上蜡后厚薄均匀,柔韧性适中,摔制蜡纹细长,蜡不从布上脱落,印花不漏白,蜡染、印花效果好,一等品率由原来的80%提高到92%.The preparation conditions of the True Wax and its application in wax dyeing (printing) were stud-ied. The components of the wax liquor were determined to be rosin and auxiliary A. The wax cooking was carried at 160 ℃ for 6 hours, followed by standing for 6 hours. The wax dyeing process was given as waxing temperature 150 ℃ and machine speed at 40 m/min. The wax membrane thickness was uniform, wax tenacity suitable, and beating wax grains thin and long. The wax never came off from the fabrics and no missing printing was found. The wax dyeing and printing results were good, first grade product ratio being raised to 92% from 80% for the control.
