摘　　要：以高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维为原料,通过控制缩醛化和半碳化工艺及条件对原料纤维进行缩苯甲醛化和半碳化处理,制备出具有适宜交联度的纤维,然后用硫酸对交联纤维进行磺化处理,制备了高强聚乙烯醇基阳离子交换纤维.文中主要侧重于制备工艺的研究.By using the high strength and high modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber as a raw material, and controlling the technics and conditions of aldolisation and semi-carbonization treatment, the fiber which has the appropriate degree of cross-linking is obtained, then the fiber is sulphonated with concentrated H_2SO_4 to gain the high strength polyvinyl alcohol cation-exchange fiber. The research on the technology of making ion-exchange fiber is stressed.
