锦/氨包缠纱捻度的测试与分析

摘　　要：锦/氨包缠纱是一种新型弹性纱线,有着广泛的应用前景.本文采用了正交试验设计方案,对纺出的9个品种锦/氨包缠纱进行了实际捻度的测试,并采用正交多项式回归的分析方法对所得数据进行理论分析,找出捻度的回归方程及纺纱的最佳工艺参数.The especially new elastic yarn made by polyamide as winding yarn and spandex as core yarn has an extensive perspective of utilization. The orthogonal experimental designation was adopted and the yarn twist of all the nine kinds of yarns spun according to the experimental design were tested. The testing result were treated with orthogonal polynominal regression. Then the regressive equation of the yarn twist and the best technological parameter are gotten.
