摘　　要：以和谐理论为基础,运用和谐分析矩阵对企业战略联盟的和谐现实状态进行分析,通过演化过程模型实现较理想的和谐状态,以指导战略联盟单位采取相应的战略措施.Based on the harmony theory and using the disharmony analysis matrix,the present situation of strategic alliance,Then tit can realize the ideal harmony situation can be realizeu through the system evolution optimization model,analyzed The strategic alliance units can be gnided to take the corresponding strategic measures.
