摘 要:研究了一种新型晶粒长大抑制剂对纳米硬质合金真空烧结行为的影响,探讨了其影响机理。结果表明,新型晶粒长大抑制剂有利于烧结致密化;在传统抑制剂———过渡族元素碳化物中添加新型晶粒长大抑制剂,即获得复合抑制剂,其抑制晶粒长大的效果显著,并明显使WC晶粒在烧结过程发生定向生长;含0.1%新型晶粒长大抑制剂的WC-10Co-0.8VC/Cr3C2纳米晶复合粉末压坯在1375℃烧结30min后,密度为14.48g/cm3,晶粒尺寸为160nm,显微硬度为2150MPa。Study is made of the effects and effecting mechanisms of a new type of grain growth inhibitor on vacuum sintering behavior of nanometer cemented carbide.The results show that the new grain-growth inhibitor can improve sintering densification process.The addition of the new grain-growth inhibitor into traditional transitional element carbides,resulteding composite inhibitors,which are much more effective and can induce oriented WC grain growth obviously during sintering.For WC-10Co-0.8VC/Cr_3C_2 powders with 0.1% mass content of the new additive,the density of 14.48 g/cm^3 can be achieved after sintering at 1 375 ℃ for 30 min, corresponding to the grain size of 160 nm and the micro-hardness of 2 150 MPa.
