摘  要:分别以超声水解和常规电磁搅拌水解法制备了ATO纳米粉末,对其进行了XRD,SEM,TEM检测和电阻测量,比较了两种方法制得的粉末团聚度,并从机理上作了解释。结果表明:超声波对醇盐水解法制备ATO纳米粉末的团聚有抑制作用,但其电阻率比常规电磁搅拌水解法制备的ATO纳米粉末稍高。ATO nanometer powder was prepared respectively by ultrasonic hydrolysis and conventional electromagnetic agitation hydrolysis.The powder was tested with XRD,SEM,TEM and the resistivity of powder was measured.Comparison is made between the aggregation factor of the nanometer powders prepared by the said two methods and the mechanism of agglomerate phenomena was discussed.The results showed that ultrasonic can inhibit the aggregation of ATO nanometer powder prepared by alkoxide hydrolysis,whose resistivity is slightly higher than that prepared by conventional electromagnetic agitation hydrolysis.
