摘　　要：目的 :总结分析两例Melkersson Rosenthal(MRS)综合征患者的临床表现、组织病理和治疗转归 ,探讨其可能的免疫学发病机制。方法 :对 2例MRS患者的外周血IL 2、IFN γ、IL 4、IL 1 0水平应用ELISA方法作检测。结果 :2例MRS患者外周血Th1型血细胞因子IL 2、IFN γ水平明显低于正常对照组 ,Th2型细胞因子LI 4、IL 1 0水平和正常对照组相比增高。结论 :Th1 /Th2细胞动态平衡打破 。Objective:We analysed the clinical presentation, clinicopathologic features, and mangagement of two patients with MRS, and explore the possible pathogenesis of MRS.Methods:The serum levels of Th1 and Th2 cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 2 patients with MRS and 2 normal controls. Results:The levels of Th1 cytokinges IL-2,IFN-γ in peripheral blood were significantly lower in patients with MRS than those in controls respectively. There was no statistical difference in the level of IL-4,IL-10 in peripheral blood between the patients and controls.Conclusion:The imbalance of Th1/Th2 might be one of the pathogenesis of MRS.
