摘　　要：目的 :了解女性桑拿按摩从业人员性传播疾病 /艾滋病 (STDs/AIDS)相关知识和感染情况 ,为开展STDs/AIDS预防干预研究提供依据。方法 :采取匿名问卷对 72 4名调查对象进行问卷调查 ,了解其人口学特征和对STDs/AIDS的认识、态度、信念、行为 (KABP) ,并通过临床及实验室检查检测STDs/AIDS的感染情况。结果 :目标人群在最近 3月内从事过商业性行为的占 74 2 % ( 5 3 7/ 72 4) ,商业性行为中避孕套使用率为 80 6% ,与固定性伴侣 (夫妻、恋人 )性交避孕套使用率为 5 7% ;对STDs/AIDS传播途径的正确知晓率为 3 4 3 %～ 5 6 8% ;绝大多数人认为自己没有患STDs/AIDS的危险 ;约 1 / 3人缺乏正确的求医行为 ,42 1名受检者STDs/HIV感染率为 2 4 47%。结论 :女性桑拿按摩从业人员中普遍存在STDs/AIDS高危行为 ,STDs/AIDS知识知晓率低 ,严重缺乏自我防护意识 ,STDs/HIV感染率高 。Objective:To understand the prevalence of STDs/AIDS and the KABP among massage girls in sauna lounges in Guangdong and provide the evidence for future prevention work on STIs/AIDS. Methods:724 massage girls were recruited for the study. Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the demographic and the KABP (Knowledge, Attitude, Behaviour, Practice) data. The STDs/AIDS prevalence was investigated by clinical and laboratory examinations. Results:74.2%(537/724)of the respondents admitted that they had commercial sex during the last 3 months. For consistent condom use, 80.6% of the respondents reported they consistently used condom with clients and only 57% reported they used condom with their regular partners. 34.3%-56.8% of the respondents knew how STDs/AIDS was transmitted. The majority of them did not believe they were at risk for contracting STDs/AIDS; 1/3 of the respondents lack for the knowledge of seeking medical care. Among the 421 massage girls who received laboratory examinations, the overall STDs/HIV prevalence was 24.47%. Conclusion:The high risk behaviors for contracting STDs/HIV were common among massage girls in sauna lounges. The massage girls also had a poor knowledge of STDs/AIDS and lack of awareness of protection. The prevalence of STDs/HIV was high. A comprehensive intervention measures were urgently needed to deal with the serious situation in STDs/AIDs control and prevention.
