血管活性物质在针灸治疗心脑血管疾病中作用的研究概况

摘　　要：本文对 1 998年来有关血管活性物质在针灸治疗心脑血管疾病中作用的研究进行了综述。大量研究资料表明 ,针灸对内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽、血栓素A2 、前列环素、一氧化氮、血管紧张素Ⅱ、心钠素及神经降压素等血管活性物质的调节可能参与了其对心脑血管疾病的治疗。This article reviews studies on the role of vaso- active substances in acu-moxibustion treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in recent 6 yea rs from ① treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, ② treatm ent of hypertension, and ③ cerebral ischemia and infarction. A great number of cl in ical and experimental results indicate that acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the levels of plasma vaso-active substances including endothelin, c al citonin gene related peptide, thromboxane A 2, prostacylin, nitric oxide, angi ot esinⅡ, atrial natriuretic peptide and neurotensin. Acu-moxibustion stimulatio n induced favorable regulation on plasma vaso-active substance levels may contrib ute to its therapeutic effect in improving cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
