摘　　要：发展是我党执政兴国的第一要务, 确立科学的发展观, 必须坚持“以人为本”的理念。人的“自己生命的生产”与“他人生命的生产”, 构架了统一的社会生产, 社会生产是社会存在和发展的基础。人是社会生产的承载者和主体, 社会发展也促进了“人类本性的不断改变”和人的全面发展。两种生产理论昭示了历史发展规律, 为“以人为本”执政兴国理念奠定了理论基石。Development is the first task for our party to hold power to make the country prosperous. The view of scientific development must persist in the theory of taking man as base.Humans’ production of life and production by means of birth interact on each other and integate synthetically,which constitute of evolution contradiction movement from lower stage to higher stage for human’s society. It can promote all-round development for human and continuous change for human.Two production theory provides the theoritical basis for taking man as base and holding power to make the country prosperous.Taking man as base is one of marxist theories.
