摘　　要：由于中国东北正处于东北亚“地理相邻”的地带, 振兴东北经济与中日韩投资合作必然存在着密切的联系。振兴东北经济战略的制定和实施, 给中日韩投资合作的发展带来了巨大的机遇。从理论上来看, 振兴东北经济战略会对中国东北地区的投资环境和条件产生很大的影响, 从而更好地满足日韩在该地区投资所需的所有权优势、内部化优势和区位优势这三个条件。而中日韩投资合作的加强也会大大促进东北经济的振兴, 会对振兴东北经济的战略选择产生一定的影响。It is a close linkage between the revitalization of Northeast economy and the investment cooperation among China,Japan,Korea,because Northeast China lies to the district of “geographical neighbor”in Northeast Asian.Along with the strategy of revitalizing economy in Northeast China was made and implemented,it provides a great opportunity to develop the investment cooperation among China,Japan and Korea.Theoretically speaking,the strategy of revitalizing economy can impact on the investment environment and condition in Northeast China,thereby meeting the requirement of Japanese or Korean investors about the three conditions,namely ownership advantage,internalization advantage and location advantage.However, enhancement of the investment cooperation among China,Japan and Korea can help Northeast economy,and influence the strategic choice for revitalizing economy in Northeast China.
