摘  要:用复合纤维素酶处理APTMP,探讨了不同酶处理条件(温度、酶用量、浆浓、处理时间)下还原糖生成量、纸浆滤水性及强度的变化规律 实验结果表明,纤维素复合酶对APTMP的各筛分的水解作用在不同条件下具有不同的选择性,在较低温度、酶用量、浆浓和较短处理时间的轻处理条件下,酶分子与浆中的细小组分作用的选择性更高,在改善纸浆滤水性的同时,还有利于物·g-1(CMC酶活力)理强度提高 当pH值为5 0时,在45 0℃、浆浓3%、酶用量5 0×10-8mol·s-1的条件下处理30min,纸浆的打浆度下降4 8°SR,成纸裂断长提高120m。The APTMP was treated with complex cellulases. Changing patterns of yield of reducing carbonhydrate,drainage property and strength of paper in different reaction conditions (temperature,dosage of enzyme,process time and pulp concentration) were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the reaction of each screening of APTMP hydrolyzing with complex cellulases in different reaction conditions had different selectivities. When treated in lower temperature ,enzyme dosage ,pulp concentration and process time,the enzyme molecules tended to more selectively react with the diminutive compose of APTMP,so that the pulp drainage property was modified,and the strength of the paper can be upgraded. When treated in condition which pH=5.0,T=45.0 ℃,C=3%,t=30 min and the dosage of enzyme was 5.0×10^(-8) mol·s^(-1) per gram pulp,the pulp beating degree may reduce by 4.8 °SR,and the strength of the paper may increase by 120 m,and the properties of newspaper pulp which mixed with enzyme-modified APTMP and recycled pulp could also be improved.
