摘 要:在战后短短的几十年中,日本能一跃成为世界第二大经济实体、国际贸易大国和技术大国,固然有着诸多因素在起作用,但其不断完善的标准化制度是功不可没的。因此,对日本标准化制度的内容及运作体制进行深入了解,并对中日两国的标准化制度进行比较,不难发现我国与日本的标准化制度存在着明显的差异。因此,根据我国现在经济发展所处的阶段,有必要借鉴日本标准化制度的特点,对我国现有的标准化制度进行改革与完善。Japan has been witnessed to have rapidly emerged as the second largest economic entity in the world, a major country in international trade and an important country of technology in a few scores of years after the war. For the success credit must be given to the country’s standardization system that has been constantly perfected, though it is obvious that many different factors have played significant roles in the process. Therefore, through an in-depth probe into the contents and working principles of Japan’s standardization system and a comparative study of China and Japan’s standardization systems, it is easy to see that there exist much difference between the standardization systems of China and Japan respectively. This paper maintains that, according to the economic development stage that China finds herself in at present, it is necessary to further reform and perfect China’s existing standardization system in light of the characteristics of Japan’s standardizatio
