摘　　要：分析带钢酸洗过程中产生的硅泥的成分 ,通过对硅泥在静态、运动及不同温度条件下使用清洗液后清洗效果的试验研究 ,了解了硅泥清洗效果的影响因素 。Through analyzing the composition of silicon sludge generated in the strip pickling process,and through studying the effect of the cleaning liquid at different temperatures and with silicon sludge in static or dynamic states,factors affecting the silicon sludge cleaning effect have been revealed.A scheme for better cleaning effect and a mixture ratio to improve the cleaning efficiency has been put forth.
