宝钢一高炉炉缸现状分析及今后长寿措施

摘　　要：宝钢股份公司一高炉 (第二代炉龄 )于 1 997年 5月开炉 ,随着生产运行的推进 ,炉缸受到不断侵蚀 ,炉缸长寿问题日益突出。文章对此原因进行了分析 ,并结合宝钢生产实践以及国外同类高炉长寿经验 。Baosteel No.1 BF was blown on May 25,1997.As time goes by,the hearth is beginning to be eroded.The problems about the hearth long campaign have been analyzed in this paper.According to Baosteel's production and experience in BF long-life practice at home and abroad,the related measures have been put forward so as to prevent No.1 BF hearth from being further eroded.
