摘  要:通过碳钢凝固期间在钢水中直接施加脉冲电流 ,进行了电脉冲对钢铁材料凝固组织影响的实验。结果表明 ,电脉冲处理明显提高了碳钢凝固宏观组织的均匀度 ;微观上看 ,低碳钢铁素体含量增加且分布趋于均匀 ,高碳钢珠光体细化 ,其片层间距减小到原来的 1 /3~ 1 /5 ,电脉冲处理有助于提高钢铁材料铸坯质量。从钢铁材料凝固体系内部的相及其导电性能的非均匀性角度 。The effect of electric pulse on solidification structure of iron and steel materials is investigated through directly imposing a pulse current upon molten carbon steel during the solidification process.The experimental results show that the electric pulse treatment can obviously enhance homogeneity of carbon steel solidification macrostructure.Microscopically,the content of ferrite of low carbon steel is increased and its distribution becomes more uniform.The pearlite of high carbon steel is refined,and the lamellar spacing is reduced by 3~5 times.The electric pulse treatment is useful to improve the strand quality of iron and steel.The mechanism of electric pulse on refining grains of iron and steel solidification is also analyzed.
