摘　　要：目的　探讨护理干预对自愿戒毒者戒毒期间的心理影响。方法　对1 86例自愿戒毒者在戒毒前后给予症状自评量表(SCL - 90 )评定。结果　在戒毒期间实施护理干预后,戒毒者SCL - 90量表评分戒毒前后比较差异有显著性(P<0 .0 1 )。结论　对自愿戒毒者戒毒期间实施护理干预,能提高他们对治疗的依从性,使戒毒得以顺利完成。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on psychological disorders of drug addicts who decided to receive the treatment by their own will. Methods 186 volunteer patients were assessed by SCL-90 before and after detoxifying treatment. Results After adopting related nursing methods during the period of treatment,the score of SCL-90 in all patients showed significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention on volunteer patients during treatment enhances their medical compliance so as to achieve a successful detoxifying treatment.It also plays a positive role in ward management during the period of detoxifying treatment.
