动态检测血清表皮生长因子在乙型肝炎中的意义

摘　　要：观察乙型病毒性肝炎及肝硬化患者甘草酸二胺注射液治疗前、后血清表皮生长因子 (EGF)水平变化。 10 8例肝病患者分为五组 ,其中急性肝炎 13例 ,慢性肝炎轻度 17例 ,慢性肝炎中度 30例 ,慢性肝炎重度 2 5例 ,肝炎肝硬化 2 3例 ,设对照组 30名。EGF检测采用RIA分析方法。同时观察HA、LN、PCⅢ、C -Ⅳ与EGF的关系。急性肝炎组、慢性肝炎组、肝炎肝硬化组患者血清EGF水平与对照组相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。在药物治疗后其水平明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。相关性分析表明 ,血清EGF水平与各肝纤维化指标具有显著相关性。提示动态观察EGF水平 ,对了解肝脏炎症及肝纤维化状况、疗效判断具有一定的参考价值。To observe the serum levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis, the levels of serum EGF in 108 patients with hepatitis B, chronic mild, moderate, severe hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis before and after treatment were detected by RIA.Hyaturonic acid (HA), laminin(LN), procollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and collagen type Ⅳ(C-Ⅳ) were also assayed in these patients, and 30 healthy blood donors served as normal control.The serum levels of EGF in patient with hepatitis B were remarkably higher than those in nomal control.After treatment, the serum levels of EGF, HA, LN, PCⅢ and C-Ⅳ were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).EGF were positively correlated with HA, LN, PCⅢ and C-Ⅳ.The results suggested that determination of serum EGF more times may be of value in assessment of the seveity of liver inflammation and fibrosis.It may also be used to observe the therapeutic effect.
