摘  要:用纯化灭活的SARS-CoV抗原免疫马匹,采集血浆加入S/D灭活/去除病毒,用硫酸铵盐析沉淀提取抗SARS-CoVIgG,再经胃酶切、柱超滤等工艺制备马抗SARS-CoV免疫球蛋白。研制的马抗SARS-CoV免疫球蛋白制品中和抗体效价达1∶6400以上、F穴ab'雪2纯度在90%以上。建立了高效、稳定、效果好的马抗SARS-CoV免疫球蛋白生产工艺,为SARS的治疗和预防提供了可靠的保证,也为传统抗血清的更新换代提供了技术平台。The purified SARS-CoV antigen was used to vaccinate the horse. The anti-SARS-CoV IgG was extracted by salting-out method. Then the IgG was digested with stomach enzyme and purified by ultrafilter. Some factors related to the purification technics were studied, such as pH, temperture, the concentration of ammonium sulphate. The quality of three batch of products were stable. The IgG was digested completely and the content of F(ab')2 were in the 91%~94%. The titer of serum neutralization antibody of 3 batch of products was 1∶6 400. The horse anti-SARS-CoV immunoglobulin technics was established effectively, and it provided the basement for treatment and prevention of SARS.
