糖尿病大鼠胰腺移植模型的建立和疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胰腺移植对大鼠糖尿病的疗效,为胰腺移植的实验和临床研究提供可行、稳定的模型。方法:将正常大鼠胰十二指肠移植到糖尿病大鼠的右髂窝,建立胰腺移植模型,观察移植物的功能和形态以及受体大鼠的生存状况。结果:胰腺移植术后24小时,糖尿病大鼠血糖恢复正常。受体大鼠存活均超过一周。结论:胰腺移植治疗糖尿病疗效肯定。糖尿病大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型稳定,可重复性好。Objectives To establish the model of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rat with diabetes mellitus and to observe its curative effect on diabetes mellitus. Methods The pancreases and duodenums from the normal rats were transplanted to the rats witn diabetes mellitus. The morphological change and function of the grafts, and the survival of the receipts were observed. Results The levels of the blood glucose returned to normal in 24 hours after the transplantation in the rats with diabetes mellitus. All the receipts survived for more than 7 days after the operation. Conclusion The pancreaticoduodenal trasplantation, which is of good curative effects on diabetes mellitus, is feasible for the rats with diabetes mellitus.
