摘 要:讨论了物料配比、固化反应时间等因素对以非水溶性钾矿提钾废渣和膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料制备的膨胀珍珠岩制品性能的影响,得出了优化的物料质量比为:固/液=1.5~2,珍珠岩/湿废渣=2,NaOH/湿废渣=0.2~0.3。制品的显微结构特征显示材料整体呈现出一种絮状物相互粘结的状态,这是铝硅酸盐聚合反应胶结形式的直观反映。制品的红外光谱分析表明聚合反应的产物,即铝硅酸盐凝胶相脱水固化而形成的基体相,很可能具有与蛋白石相类似的微观结构。The waste residue discharged from extraction of potassium from potassium-rich silicate rocks and inflated pearlite were used as main materials to prepare lightweight wall materials by aluminosilicate polymerization. Influences of material blending ratio, time of solidifying reaction etc. on the properties of lightweight wall materials were discussed. The experiments results show that the optimized compounding parameters (in mass ratio) are as follows: solid/liquid is 1.5-2, pearlite/waste residue is 2 and sodium hydroxide/waste residue is 0.2-0.3. The microstructure of material shows that the material is the state of agglutination of floccules with each other, which is resulted from aluminosilicate polymerization. The IR spectra indicates that the matrix formed by aluminosilicate gel phase due to the polymerization has possibly the microstructure similar to that of opal.
