四妙加味方中生物碱成分配伍变化的初步研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究四妙加味方中君药黄柏生物碱成分配伍前后的定量、定性变化。方法 :用薄层 -分光光度法测定四妙加味方及黄柏中生物碱的含量 ,并对煎煮液中沉淀物进行 TL C检识。结果 :黄柏中的生物碱配伍后含量减少 30 % ;沉淀物中含有黄柏中 5种生物碱成分、阿魏酸、绿原酸及黄酮。结论 :四妙加味方复方配伍后 ,其君药黄柏中的生物碱均能与阿魏酸、绿原酸等结合形成沉淀复合物。Objective:The alkaloids of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. (PC) in Simiao Pill with addition (SMPA) were quantified and qualified in process of compatability.Methods:The alkaloids in PC and SMPA were quantified with thin chromatography-spectrophotometry, the precipitate of decocted solution was qualified with TLC.Results:Quantity of alkaloide in SMPA was 30% less than that of PC,precipitate contains all individual alkaloid in PC, flavone, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid.Conclusion:After compatability of the drug, the alkaloids in PC can all form precipitate with ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid.
